State Harness Racing Technician Bruce Hastey passed away Monday, August 23 after a short illness. Bruce has been a fixture in the paddocks of Bangor Raceway and all of the agricultural fairs as a testing official. Before that Bruce was known as the trainer and driver of Two Score and other horses.
